Welcome at Heart for Children

Who?..

Heart for Children is a Christian Charity organization, founded by Cor & Grace Koelewijn. They are a couple who live in Uganda since 1988. They have already built the Namugongo Children's Village with the funding of a Dutch NGO. Cor is the practical implementer while Grace is the educationalist. Together they have clearly received the talents from God to do this work. They work with a team of local professionals and are complimented by short and medium term volunteers.

What?..

The Heart4Children organization aims to help the least advantaged children in our society and give them the best in education. We believe that training these children in a boarding school that is managed by our own committed staff, training them in the way of our Lord Jesus Christ is the best gift we can possibly give them.

Where?..

God called us to East Africa to help the most vulnerable children. At this moment our focus is on Uganda and Tororo to be more specific. In a village just 8 Km from Tororo Town we own approx. 30 acres of land on which we are presently building the Tororo Educational Children's Village.

Why?..

Driven by the Love of Christ, we who have been blessed by God, would like to convey this message of hope to so many others, who may otherwise not have had the privilege to learn how to find a real purpose and fulfillment in life.
